Our first stop is the old city of Delft, famous for the porcelain, the Delft Blue. Here we visit the over 350-years old factory, called Koninklijke Porceleyne Fles, which means Royal Porcelaine Bottle. The factory has its own museum of Delft Blue. After this we can do a canal tour in the city centre of Delft or have some fresh air at Scheveningen beach.
Once you arrived in this seaside resort. You will immediately notice the grand hotel. This is one of the most famous hotels in Holland, Het Kurhaus. It is really worth to take some pictures. At the back of this hotel we can catch a breeze of the North Sea. Walking down the boulevard you see the dunes. Scheveningen is an excellent place to try a real dutch treat: raw herring.
After this we will go back to the centre of The Hague, only a 15 minutes’ drive. Here we can visit some different major attractions, all within walking distance. For instance The Mauritshuis, an old museum. It’s not the size that will amaze you, but the architecture and the interior will. This museum has a large collection of paintings from the Golden Age, including Dutch masters like Rembrandt and Vermeer. Inside this beautiful historic building we can overlook the pond. Adjacent to this pond is our Dutch parliament established. It’s called Het Binnenhof, Innercourt. The small tower you see is the office of our prime minister.
The drive back to Amsterdam will take us about an hour.

We can also visit Madurodam instead of the Mauritshuis. Here you can see entire Holland on a small scale. All the touristic highlights and Dutch pride, every minor detail has been rebuild here. Madurodam is suitable for both adults and children. This tour is also perfectly to combine with an additional day with the Rotterdam tour.
